Wendy

In 1996, Wendy founded Changes Salon with the goal of helping women feel and look their best. Her vision was to create a community where individuals could work, have fun, and pursue their aspirations while empowering others to feel confident and beautiful. With 40 years of experience as a stylist, Wendy has transitioned away from working behind the chair to focus on coaching and mentoring her team, while ensuring the salon remains full of innovative ideas.

Outside of the salon, Wendy has been married for over 40 years and is the proud mother of two children and grandmother to four granddaughters. Recently, she built her dream home, inspired by her love for nature. In harmony with this passion, she became a beekeeper and also raises chickens—though her husband takes a more hands-on role with the latter. Known for her sense of humor, Wendy values the therapeutic benefits of laughter in daily life. She warmly invites anyone with questions to reach out to her directly.
