Your Cherry approval is valid for 30 days. If it expires, you’re welcome to reapply at any time.

If eligible, you can request a credit increase through the Cherry Patient Portal. Approval for an increase is subject to eligibility. If you don’t see the “Request an Increase” option, you may not qualify for additional funds at this time.

Yes! Cherry has no prepayment penalties. In fact, if your plan includes interest, paying early may reduce the total interest paid.

No. If you qualify for a 0% APR plan, the promotional rate remains valid through the full term—as long as you stay current with your payments.

Once you enter your purchase amount, you’ll be shown available down payment options. Your down payment is due when Changes Salon confirms your service and authorizes the transaction. Be sure to bring a traditional debit or credit card for checkout.

Please note: Using a prepaid debit or credit card will result in a 2.99% processing fee. There is no fee for traditional debit card payments.

To request a refund, please contact Changes Salon directly. Cherry follows the salon’s refund policy and cannot process refunds without their approval. Once authorized, your refund will be deposited back into your account and your Cherry loan balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes, Cherry may report account activity to Equifax, one of the major credit bureaus.

Yes. Cherry is required to report payment history, including any missed or late payments, which could impact your credit score.
