In 1996, I founded Changes Salon with the goal of helping women feel and look their best. My vision was to create a community where individuals could work, have fun, and pursue their aspirations while empowering others to feel confident and beautiful. As a stylist with 38 years of experience, I am no longer working behind the chair. Instead, I focus on coaching and mentoring my team while keeping the salon full of innovative ideas.

On a personal level, I have been married for over 39 years and have two children and four granddaughters. Recently, I built my dream home, which reflects my love for nature. In line with this, I became a beekeeper and also raise chickens, although my husband is more hands-on with the latter. Humor is a vital part of my daily routine, and I enjoy the therapeutic benefits of laughter.
