Thank you for trusting us during this time!

We no longer require a Covid Form to be filled out!

  • When arriving to your appointment please come on in! We still will not have a waiting area. We may still text you if we are running ahead or behind schedule, or if we are ready for you.

  • Upon arrival we will continue take your temperatures. We are happy to say that NO ONE has come in with a fever since this started!

  • Filling out a Covid form is no longer required.

  • Thank you for continuing to cancel your appointments if you are ill.

  • We will continue wearing masks and you must wear a face mask when in the salon. We have some available if you need one.

  • We ask you to wash your hands with soap and water before a nail service.

  • Please feel free to bring in a coat or purse. We will continue to have you take all of your belongings to the station where you will have your services.

  • We are allowing guests with appointments only in the salon. You cannot bring a guest or child with you. Of course children with an appointment, and those needing a caregiver, are welcomed, and may be accompanied by another person.

  • We have plexiglass barriers in place at the desk and on top of the manicure tables. We have taken down most of the portable barriers per CDC rules. If you feel more secure having one by you, please ask us and we can accommodate you.

  • All unnecessary items have been removed from salon, magazines, service menus etc. We do have magazines on the iPads!!! Please ask!

  • No coffee or tea will be served at this time. Please feel free to bring your own covered beverage. We always have bottled water available!

  • Changes Salon is been thoroughly deep cleaned and disinfected using EPA registered disinfectants once a week. We have added a UV-C air scrubber to our furnace/ac system and had our vents cleaned and sanitized. We will continue to sanitize each point of contact after each guest.

  • We have added contactless Apple Pay/Google Pay to our credit card machine. Consider an emailed receipt instead of a paper one.

  • There will be an additional sanitation fee of $2 added to every ticket.

  • As always, we request a 48-hour cancellation. As time and spaces are extremely limited, 50% of the service total will need to be paid before you can book another service if you do not call to cancel.

  • The health and safety of our guests and team remain our first priority! These protocols will be evaluated often, and updated accordingly. We will continue to follow the guidelines set in place by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology and Ohio Governor Michael DeWine.
