• When arriving to your appointment please text us to let us know you have arrived. If your stylist is not ready for you, you must wait in your car or outside the salon. We will text you to come in. 


  • Upon arrival we will take your temperature with a no touch thermometer. If it registers over 100, you will be asked to reschedule. We will also ask you to fill out a questionnaire. It is on our website. Please feel free to fill it out before you come. 


  • You will be asked If you have been around someone who is sick or if you have been feeling sick yourself, if you have, we will ask you to change your appointment.


  • We are screening all employees using the same criteria. 


  • We will be wearing masks and you must wear a face mask when in the salon. We have some available if you need one. We will use tape on sides when we need to work around your ears!


  • We miss you as much as you miss us and we would love to give you a hug, but only touchless greetings and goodbyes for now. 


  • We will be washing our hands a lot and we will ask you to wash your hands when you arrive or you may choose the hand sanitizer available. 


  • Please limit belongings to a phone, keys, and form of payment—no handbags or coats please. 


  • We are allowing guests with appointments only in the salon. You cannot bring a guest or child with you. Of course children with an appointment, and those needing a caregiver, are welcomed, and may be accompanied by another person. 


  • We have plexiglass barriers in place at the desk and on top of the manicure tables. We have portable barriers that will be used when 6’ isn’t possible. 


  • All unnecessary items have been removed from salon, magazines, service menus etc


  • The use of our waiting area has been discontinued for now. 


  • No coffee or tea will be served at this time. Please feel free to bring your own covered beverage. 


  • Changes Salon has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to reopening using EPA registered disinfectants. We have added a UV-C air scrubber to our furnace/ac system and had our vents cleaned and sanitized. 


  • We will be doing a tremendous amount of laundry, everything will be washed in hot water and dried on the highest setting. Capes are washed after every guest. 


  • We are disinfecting everything you see and touch throughout the day and in between appointments. 


  • We will be wearing a face shield when waxing or beard trimming. 


  • When you are shampooed we will place a clean dry towel over your face or you may use a hand held shield. Please no talking during your shampoo. Relax and enjoy. 


  • We have added contactless Apple Pay/Google Pay to our credit card machine. Consider an emailed receipt instead of a paper one. 


  • Please understand that we will be using extra color on many of you, that will result in an extra color charge of $10- $30


  • There will be an additional sanitation fee of $2 added to every ticket.


  • We are requesting a 48-hour cancellation policy. As time and spaces are extremely limited, 50% of the service total will need to be paid before you can book another service if you do not call to cancel. 


  • Testers are not self serve right now. Please allow us to help you with our mirabella makeup line!


  • When you need assistance with retail, we will be happy to discuss your options and get it for you. 


  • Your stylist will prebook your next  appointment when you are still seated in your styling chair. Please consider a week earlier or 1-2 weeks later than you normally do. 


The health and safety of our guests and team remain our first priority! These protocols will be evaluated often, and updated accordingly. We will continue to follow the guidelines set in place by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology and Ohio Governor Michael DeWine.
