Big moment at Changes

Kat has officially graduated from our Associate Program under the guidance of Nicole, and we couldn’t be more proud of them both. Watching Kat grow into her skills, confidence, and artistry has been so special—and Nicole’s leadership and dedication made such an impact along the way.

Kat is now stepping onto the floor as a Level 1 Stylist, ready to build her clientele, spread her wings, and create beautiful work behind the chair.

Today was a bittersweet one 🤍

Hailey had the opportunity to take on her very first intern—and her first real taste of being an educator—and it couldn’t have been a better match. Amelia, who is currently in the cosmetology program at Excel Tech, spent time with us and truly embraced what it means to be in a professional, career-driven salon environment.

The two of them hit it off instantly, and it was so special to watch them both grow. Amelia gained hands-on insight into our industry, and Hailey stepped into a new level of leadership.

We said goodbye to Amelia today as she wraps up her internship and prepares for her next chapter—heading to Kentucky for college. We are so proud of you, Amelia, and so grateful we got to be a small part of your journey.

And just so you know… the door is always open here!

This morning’s monthly meeting was one of those moments that just reminds us… this is exactly why we do what we do 🤍

We celebrated wins (so many good ones), shared some laughs with a fun icebreaker, and got everyone aligned on what’s ahead. But the most meaningful part?

We officially brought our Code of Honor to life.

This is something we’ve been building together since the beginning of the year—thoughtfully, intentionally, and as a team. Every voice mattered. Every idea shaped what this became.

We’re turning it into a canvas that each team member will sign, and it will live in our kitchen as a daily reminder of who we are, what we stand for, and how we show up for each other and our guests.

Our culture is strong—and the best part? It keeps getting stronger with every single person who joins our team.

Holiday party magic at The Glass Asylum ✨🥂
Our team spent the evening creating beautiful glass pieces (cups, vases, business card holders, flowers, even a puffer fish 🐡!) and making memories together.

We enjoyed the most delicious food from M Italian, shared awards + appreciation, and just soaked in how lucky we are to work alongside such an amazing group of humans. 🤍
