Changes Salon began as a cozy 800-square-foot space tucked inside the charming, historic village of Chagrin Falls. Wendy opened the salon with a clear vision: to create a supportive environment where stylists could thrive in their careers and where every guest felt truly seen and valued.
Over the next 25 years, that vision came to life. The salon earned a loyal following thanks to expert haircutting, corrective color services, and a strong team culture rooted in respect, education, and attention to detail.
In 2021, Changes Salon expanded into a modern, light-filled 2,700 sq. ft. studio, designed to enhance the guest experience while supporting even greater team growth. One year later, Wendy stepped away from behind the chair to focus on mentoring the team and building the next chapter of the business.
Today, Changes is a thriving, education-focused salon committed to delivering luxury services in a space that feels approachable and down-to-earth.

We strive to provide excellent customer service, and your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows affect both our staff and other clients. To maintain flexible scheduling, we require 24-hour notice for penalty-free cancellations. You can cancel through our online booking system, by phone, email, or voicemail after hours. A credit or debit card must be on file to hold appointments. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a 50% charge of the appointment’s price, billed to the card on file.
We strive to offer our clients the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue within the limitations discussed during your consultation with the same stylist, as there are NO REFUNDS on services. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full store credit, for 14 days from your initial purchase. Our clients’ safety and the environment we create are top priorities. While we care about our clients and their families, we cannot accommodate young children during services. Children cannot be left unattended in the reception area, and guests cannot accompany clients on the salon floor for safety reasons.
To maintain a serene environment, please silence cell phones during services. Keep phone conversations brief and avoid using speakerphone or audible sounds in the salon or shampoo room. If necessary, appointments may be altered or rescheduled if phone use interferes with service.
Though we love meeting your pets, they are not permitted during services, as per state board regulations.
